2 Nights with hike to Kopan Monastery & yoga

Day 1
4pm Arrival
Relax in the garden or visit the Sleeping Vishnu Temple
7pm Vegetarian dinner

Day 2
8-9:00 am Yoga session with Nabin
9:30am Breakfast in the garden

10:30 set off into the Shivapuri forest for the hike to Kopan Monastery
It will take about 2 and 1/5 hours.
12 noon/1 pm Packed lunch in the forest or at Kopan Monastery
Make a kora (circumambulation) of the Monastery.
Enjoy the Stupa gardens and practice a pranayama or mindfulness meditaion.
Return to Chandra Ban by jeep
7pm Vegetarian dinner

Day 3

8-9am Yoga session in Chandra Ban's yoga hall
9:30-10:300 am Breakfast in the garden

3 days Hike & Yoga at Chandra Ban with Nabin

Nabin is a certified guide who loves nature and is a boundless font of local knowledge. He is also a yogi and will take you through a series of micro exercises, basic poses and pranayama exercises to wake you up get your body and mind ready for the day!
The sessions will be held in our beautiful yoga hall with windows on every side.
The programme includes 2 nights in one of our luxury rooms; dinner on arrival, breakfast, lunch and dinner the next day and breakfast on the last day. All meals are home-made, freshly prepared vegetarian with seasonal vegetables. Let us know in advance for vegan and/or non gluten options.

Cost:US $ 200 per person on a sharing basis; US $ 250 for single room.
Minimum 2 people. Maximum 12 people.
This is a flexible package that we can organise at your convenience - ideally we need one week's notice to check the availability of the yoga instructor/guide.
This package will be available in June, August, October, November and December 2019
